- 钢结构广泛应用于天然气处理厂管架、轻钢结构建筑和河流跨越工程。某气田地面建设工程中天然气处理厂钢结构管架采用高强螺栓连接形成稳定的空间结构来代替传统焊接结构,天然气外输管道河流跨越采用悬臂桁架结构代替传统的简支钢桁架结构,是钢结构应用与创新的一次理论与实践的结合,开创了气田地面建设工程钢结构设计的新理念,技术方案可行,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
As the main structure of gas field surface engineering, steel structure has been widely used among pipe rack construction, light steel structure building and river crossing engineering in natural gas treatment plants. In certain gas processing plant, high-strength bolts connection is adopted for its steel pipe rack to form stable space structure to replace traditional welding structure, and cantilever structure, instead of the traditional simply supported steel truss structure, is used for river crossing of export pipeline. The application and innovation of steel structure in this project was a combination of theory and practice, initiating a new concept of steel structure design in gas field surface construction and realizing the goal of feasible technical proposal and economical cost. Through project practice, good economic and social benefit was achieved.
