- 为找出目前项目质量安全管理体系与管理水平提升之间矛盾与困惑的解决方法,从多层级管理的视角,提出了多层级投射式管理模型和多层级网络式管理模型,对比研究了多层级组织内部和组织之间对领导控制权的不同分解方法所产生的管理向心力,总结出多层级网络式质量安全管理方法,通过移动互联网建立快捷的沟通渠道,促进项目质量安全管理实现从依赖严格监督向自主管理和团队管理方向的发展。
In order to find out a method of solving the contradictions and dilemmas between the quality and safety management system and promotion of management level, a multi-level projection and multi-level network management model have been put forward from a new perspective of multi-level management in this paper. By comparing to the difference of management centripetal force due to different decomposition methods of control power between and within the groups during the multi-level project management activities, it is pointed out that it will be helpful for the realization of promoting project quality and safety management and change from strict supervision to independent management and team management by establishing an efficient communication channels through the Internet.
