- 石油石化行业在生产能源的同时,消耗着大量的能源,在国家节能减排形势和低油价背景下,石油石化行业节能减排势在必行。基于市场机制的合同能源管理为石油石化行业节能减排和降低成本提供了新的思路。通过对石油石化行业已经实施的合同能源管理项目进行分析,总结合同能源管理在石油石化行业存在的问题,提出改进措施与建议。在中国合同能源管理市场日益成熟的情况下,石油石化行业的合同能源管理应在探索与实践中不断总结与进步。
Petroleum and petrochemical industry consumes large amounts of energy while producing large amounts of energy. Under the background of energy-saving and emission reduction and low oil prices in China, it's imperative for petroleum and petrochemical industry to carry out energy conservation and emission reduction. A mode based on market mechanism called EPC (Energy Performance Contracting) provides petroleum and petrochemical industry with a new idea of energy-saving, emission reduction and cost reduction. By analyzing EPC (Energy Performance Contracting) projects which have been implemented in petroleum and petrochemical industry, the existing issues in EPC (Energy Performance Contracting) of petroleum and petrochemical industry have been summarized with measures for improvement. With increasingly mature EPC (Energy Performance Contracting) market in China, constant progress have been made for EPC (Energy Performance Contracting) in petroleum and petrochemical industry through exploration and practice.
