- 输气管道工程供热系统中采用常规燃气锅炉作为热源,需建设室外热力管网及敷设管沟等。为避免建设室外热力管网及敷设管沟,供热系统采用单元独立式壁挂式燃气热水炉(简称壁挂炉)来满足供暖及生活热水需要,不仅减少了施工安装工程量,同时降低了供热系统维护运行等费用。通过实例详细阐述了单元独立式供热系统设计中需注意的事项,并提出解决措施,为壁挂炉在输气管道工程供热系统中的应用提供了参考。
Outdoor heat distributing network and pipe trench construction are required as conventional gas-fired boiler is used as heat source in gas transmission pipeline engineering. The stand-alone wall-mounted gas-fired water heater (wall-hung boiler) is applied to gas transmission pipeline engineering to meet the requirement of heating and domestic hot water. Thus, the amount of construction and installation works is reduced. Precautions during the design of independent heating system have been described in detail with corresponding measures proposed, providing reference for the application of wall-mounted heater in the heating system in gas pipeline project.
