- 以二甲胺、环氧氯丙烷为原料,哌嗪为交联剂合成了网状聚季铵盐,以膨润土线性膨胀率为评价指标,优化抑制剂合成条件,筛选出效能较好的抑制剂,并采用多种方法评价其抑制黏土膨胀的性能。膨润土线性膨胀率实验表明:二甲胺与环氧氯丙烷按摩尔比1∶1,交联剂哌嗪浓度2.0,120℃下合成的产物,使用浓度0.5时对黏土水化膨胀的抑制效果最佳。防膨实验和泥球实验结果与膨润土线性膨胀率实验结果吻合,且防膨率随着网状聚季铵盐浓度的增大呈不同程度增大,网状聚季铵盐优于线性聚季铵盐作用效果。粒度分析结果表明:水化前添加网状聚季铵盐可显著抑制黏土水化分散,且网状聚季铵盐对已经水化分散的黏土具有一定的絮凝作用。Dimethylamine and epichlorohydrin were used as raw materials and piperazine as the cross-linking agent to synthesize a kind of shale inhibitor. With the linear expansion rate of bentonite as evaluation index, the synthetic conditions were optimized. The inhibitive performance of the inhibitor was evaluated through various ways. Bentonite linear expansion experiment results showed that the inhibitor synthesized with dimethylamine and epichlorohydrin with the mole ratio of 1: 1 and 2.0% piperazine under 120°C displayed the best performance. Anti-swelling results and mud ball experiment fit very well with the results of bentonite linear expansion tests. The anti-swelling rate is increasing with the increase of concentration, then crosslinked polycation inhibitors were slightly better than uncrosslinked polycation inhibitors. Laser particle size analyses showed that hydration dispersing of clay can be significantly inhibited if the inhibitor was added before hydration, and the hydrated clay can be flocculated even the inhibitor was added after the hydration.
