- 针对某工程设计公司自工程总承包转型以来的安全风险管理,指出构建监管分离与直线监督责任体系是化解不符合项不报告和整改难矛盾的关键。通过隐患自主辨识率、评价模型图、安全管理评价模型等手段,揭示了安全管理规律和推动各层级及全过程监督,促进了工程设计公司工程总承包项目安全监督水平的提升。
In view of security risk management during the EPC transition in certain engineering company, it was proposed that the key to resolve the contradictions between the report and rectification was to establish separation of supervision and management and line responsibility on supervision. It was also to reveal the safety management rules and promote the development of supervision of EPC in engineering company at multi-level in the whole process according to the application of nonconformity recognition rate, evaluation model figure and safety management evaluation model.
