- 为了降低天然气长输管道首站压缩机停运对上游天然气处理厂的影响以某天然气长输管道首站现有管道系统为基础,利用SPS软件对长输管道首站的压缩机单机和双机失效停运对其上游天然气处理厂的生产影响进行分析,得到天然气处理厂的允许缓冲时间,提出三种不同的解决措施,同时对不同失效情况下的应对措施效果进行了模拟验证,为上游天然气处理厂和天然气长输管道的安全生产和运营提供技术支持。
To reduce the effect of compressors shutdown in gas transmission initial station on normal production of upstream gas processing plant, the impacts of single and double compressor failure to upstream gas processing plant was analyzed based on the existing piping system of certain gas transmission initial station with SPS simulation software and the allowed buffer time was specified respectively. Consequently, three different methods and countermeasures were proposed and verified during simulation at the same time in order to assure the safety of production and operation of upstream gas processing plant and pipelines.
