- 针对苏里格气田苏54区块地层出水严重,导致间歇井数量逐步增加,影响区块后期稳产的生产管理难题,以临界携液流量理论为基础,开展气井最佳开井流量现场试验研究,研究过程根据气井生产实际,对现用气井临界携液流量计算公式进行修正,同时编制相应开井软件,实现气井精细化管理。
The Block Su-54 of Sulige Gas field is approaching the early-late period of development. Reservoir pressure and production rate are increasingly declined, number of intermittent production gas wells and frequent open-shut operation increasingly climb up due to serious water cut, which could leave more potential risks in this block. Consequently, delicacy management has been applied in this block to extend production life circle of the gas wells by modifying the conventional equation for critical liquid carrying flow rate and generated a more rational gas flow rate. Moreover, a software has been developed to calculate the reasonable open-shut time. This study reduced working load of gas well management, applied delicacy management to gas wells and enhanced gas recovery.
