- 针对辽河油田海南区块大斜度、大位移井井身结构特点和钻遇地层易塌、易卡的复杂地质情况以及严格的环保要求,从分析该区块钻井施工对钻井液性能的要求入手,在室内实验基础上,研制了大位移井环保型钻井液配方,同时配套优化了施工工艺和环保措施。多口井的现场应用表明,该无毒钻井液能够满足大位移井安全快速钻井的需要和环境保护要求。
According to the characteristic of well bore structure of well with large inclination and displacement at Hainan block of Liaohe oilfield, and the complex geological conditions such as fragile stratum, easy blocking as well as strict environmental protection requirements, the performance requirements on drilling fluid were analyzed, which is followed by preparation of environmental-friendly extended reach well drilling fluid formula from laboratory test. At the same time, a complete set of optimized construction process and the environmental protection measures were achieved. The site application of multi-port well showed that the non-toxic drilling fluid can meet the needs of the extended reach well as safe, fast drilling and environmental requirements.
