- TEG(三甘醇)脱水是常用的天然气脱水工艺之一,TEG再生一般采用火管式重沸器多火嘴加热方式。TEG再生温度过高会使TEG分解变质,TEG损耗加大;温度过低会导致TEG再生不完全,产品气水露点达不到要求,所以TEG重沸器加热控制是TEG再生的关键。在分析火管式TEG重沸器热负荷调节以及加热控制存在温度超调、火嘴切换可能会导致熄火等问题的基础上,对火管式TEG重沸器加热控制方案进行了优化,使再生后的TEG浓度满足工艺需求,并减少TEG损耗。
TEG (Triethylene glycol) dehydration is one of the most commonly used techniques for natural gas dehydration. Furthermore, multi-fire-tube heating is used for a reboiler for TEG regeneration. During this regeneration, not only TEG will decompose and deteriorate but also TEG depletion will increase if one regeneration temperature is too high whereas that another temperature is too low may result in an imperfect regeneration or an unqualified gas-water dew-point. So, the heating control is the crux of TEG regeneration. In this paper, the heat-load control is analyzed and then some problems occurring during a heat-controlling process, including flameout caused by temperature overshoot and burner switching, are presented; finally, some measures to optimize heating control are also made for TEG reboiler.
