- 海洋油气工程具有体量巨大、工艺复杂、建设周期长的特点,其进度控制的关键是准确建立有效的进度衡量系统,权重作为衡量活动或工序对于整个项目重要性的量化指标,是进度衡量系统的重要组成部分,也是进度衡量系统能否真正反映项目实际进展情况的重要因素。为准确、合理分配各层级工作分解结构和作业项权重,对海洋油气工程权重划分的一般原则和各阶段权重划分的方法进行了研究,综合考虑工程形象进度、资源投入、工作量大小、甲方要求等因素,将项目权重按照工作分解结构自上而下、逐层逐级分配至作业工序,并借助计划编制软件,提出了一种海洋油气工程权重划分的方法。
For the characteristics of large scale, complicated process and long construction period of offshore oil & gas engineering project, the establishment of an effective progress measurement system is the key for project progress control. Weight, as a quantitative indicator to measure the importance of activity or process to the whole project, is an important part of progress measurement system, and also the important factor for progress measurement system to truly reflect the actual project progress. To accurately assign the weight for project WBS and work in ocean oil & gas engineering project, the general principle for weight assigning and the method for assigning at each stage were analyzed according to project work breakdown structure by step. A method of offshore engineering in weight assigning has been put forward with project progress, resource investment, workload and owner’ s requirements taken into account. The aid of software in schedule planning is also suggested if necessary.
