- 介绍了以LoCat法为代表的氧化还原(络合铁)法脱硫的技术开发概况。通过对反应机理、溶液组成、操作要点和开发方向等方面的讨论与分析,指出络合铁法已发展成为气体净化工艺中除醇胺法外最重要的一类脱硫工艺。当前LoCat法有常规双塔式和自循环式反应器两种流程。前者适用于原料气H2S含量和压力均低、潜硫量不大、碳/硫比很高且不需要脱除CO2的场合;后者应用于处理醇胺法装置的再生酸气。1990年代中期问世的LoCatⅡ工艺的特点是采用再循环式再生器以提高催化剂利用效率,从而将LoCat法脱硫溶液的硫容量提高10倍以上,建议中国有关部门尽快引进此新工艺。CrystaSulf法是近年来氧化还原法脱硫工艺一项重要的技术进步,应予以充分重视。As a representative of redox desulfurization, the Lo-Cat (chelated iron desulfurization) method is briefly introduced in this article. Through discussion and analysis for reaction mechanism, solution formula, operation key points and developing trend of redox methods, it is pointed out that chelated iron method has already become the most important desulfurization one except alkanolamine methods. Recently there are two kinds of flow for chelated iron desulfurization, namely conventional dual tower and auto-circulation reactor. The former is suitable for feed gas with lower H2S content and pressure, a small amount potential sulfur and high CO2/H2S ratio when CO2 does not need removal and the latter is used for treating acid gas from regeneration tower of alkanolamine unit. The Lo-Cat Ⅱ method that came out in mid 1990s features recirculated oxidation reactor for increasing efficiency of catalyst significantly, so the capacity of sulfur loading can be improved over 10 times. Introduction of this process may be considered by relevant department. CrystaSulf method is an important technical progress in the redox desulfurization in recent years and full attention shall be paid to it.
