- 由于进口LNG价格与中国国内销售价格相比严重倒挂,在需求淡季减少LNG接收站的外输量以节省成本成为各接收站的主要任务,因此各接收站开始采用增设增压压缩机二次加压蒸发气的方案进行外输,而这种工艺变更增加了增压压缩机及BOG压缩机运行中不稳定的风险,甚至造成设备损伤。通过唐山LNG接收站的运行经验,分析负荷变化等各种因素对设备振动的影响,量化各参数的控制指标,提高了上下游各设备的工艺安全,降低了增压压缩机的机体损伤风险,得出正常工况及欠载工况下有效控制机身振动的操作和设备管理方法。
Because the price of imported LNG was much higher than the domestic price, reducing the export of the LNG terminal station in the off-season to save costs becomes the main task for LNG terminal stations. So the proposal of booster compressor with pressurized gas is adopted by each station for export. But this kind of process change increases the risk of unstable operation in booster compressor and the BOG compressor, and will even cause damages to equipment. So after compared with the operation experience of Tangshan LNG receiving station, we analyze how can various factors affect the equipment vibration such as the load change, then quantify control indexes of parameters, which improves the process safety of upstream and downstream equipment, reduces the risk of injury to the body of the booster compressor. Methods for vibration control under normal and underload conditions and equipment management bave been obtained.
