- 阿尔油田生产过程中,集输系统存在严重的结垢腐蚀情况,直接影响了油田的安全生产。针对这一问题,基于集输系统各水样及垢样分析结果,利用实验室动态环道实验装置对油田水结垢影响因素进行比较全面的实验研究。考察不同温度、不同离子浓度、不同流速下的结垢行为,分析结垢原因,并结合阿尔油田实际情况,总结常用的化学和物理防垢方法及工艺。通过现场试验,确定了添加阻垢剂与超声波除垢仪相结合的防垢方案。研究结果为阿尔油田解决结垢问题提供了依据。Serious scaling and corrosion issues occur in gathering and transporting system of Aer oilfield, directly affecting the oil production safety. To solve this problem, based on the results of analysis on various water quality and scale sample in gathering and transporting system, scaling experiments have been performed by using laboratory loop system and the effect of temperature, ion concentration and velocity of flow on the rate of scaling is determined, and the reasons of formation are analyzed. According to the situation of oilfield, the commonly used chemical and physical anti-scaling technology and process are summarized and the proposal of scale inhibitors with ultrasonic anti-scaling technique is confirmed upon field tests, which provides theoretical basis for the selection of anti-scaling technology in Aer oil field.
