- 对涪陵页岩气压裂返排液特点、水质进行分析,综合国内外压裂返排液重复利用经验,分析了适用于涪陵页岩气压裂返排液重复利用的方法及模式,并研究返排液重复利用影响因素,得到重复利用指标。现场应用表明,按照重复利用指标配制的压裂液性能稳定,现场施工较为顺利,效果较好,解决了涪陵页岩气田产能建设期间环保压力大以及供水困难问题,保障涪陵页岩气得到顺利有效开发。
The characteristics and water quality of Fuling shale gas fracturing flow-back has been analyzed. The methods and models applicable to Fuling shale gas fracturing flowback are analyzed according to the experiences in reusing domestic and foreign fracturing flow- back. The reusing flow-back water quality objectives have been got by studying the factors that affect flowback reusing. Field application shows that the performance of fracturing flow-back prepared according to reusing index is stable and site construction is successful. The environmental pressure and water supply difficulties are addressed during the construction of Fuling shale gas. Smooth and effective development of gas fields is guaranteed.
