- 蒸汽辅助重力泄油技术(SAGD)是稠油开采的重要技术。自巴特勒首次提出SAGD技术以来,该技术在世界范围内得到了广泛的应用。为了提高SAGD技术在不同地质条件下的应用效果,多种变型SAGD技术被提出,单井SAGD技术就是其中之一。通过深入调研国内外单井SAGD技术的研究和应用情况,从技术原理、技术特点和应用实例等方面对水平井单井SAGD、直井单井SAGD以及U型井SAGD技术进行了介绍。研究表明,单井SAGD技术具有独特的应用特点,能够有效开采薄储层、隔夹层等具有特殊地质情况的稠油油藏,具有广阔的应用前景。
SAGD is an important technology in the recovery of heavy oil. It has been widely used around the world since it was firstly proposed by Butler. Meanwhile, the SAGD technology has also faced countless challenges. The performance of SAGD process is strongly influenced by many factors. Variants of SAGD are conceived in order to improve its performance under different geological conditions and the single-well SAGD (SW-SAGD) is one of them. Based on an intensive investigation of research on SW-SAGD both at home and abroad, this paper presents the technology principle, technical characteristics and application results of Horizontal SW-SAGD, Vertical SW-SAGD and U-shape SW-SAGD respectively. It shows that SW-SAGD can be effectively used in the development of heavy oil reservoirs with special geological conditions as thin reservoir and interbed where the conventional SAGD or dual-horizontal-well SAGD can’t be commercially used and it has wide application prospect.
