- SPMT装备在中海油珠海海工场地的引进应用,实现了上部组块和平台生活楼的排车组滚装运输装船,操作灵活,场地限制少,替代了传统的滑道装船。结合实例,研究了SPMT运输的主要基础载荷,探讨了适合于SPMT运输的平台生活楼支撑形式。研究对于创新设计提高生产力、解决建造场地的项目排队装船难题和实现降本增效有积极作用。
Compared with the traditional skid shoes transport, SPMT (Self-propelled modular transporter) is more advantageous when transporting an off-shore structure to the ship because of its flexible operation and less site restriction. It is the first time for CNOOC to introduce SPMT in actual project, which replaced the traditional load-outs by skid shoes. In this paper, the main loads applied on SPMT, as a foundation, have been studied at the head. Combined with existing cases, new support forms of living quarter suitable for SPMT have been discussed. This innovative technology is of great significance for improving productivity, solving the issue of shipment queuing at site and realizing cost efficiency.
