我国山地管道设计建设投产技术标准现状研究

- 我国管道行业处于重要的战略发展时期,建设运营了兰成渝管道、西部管道、中缅管道等大型山地管道工程。保证新建山地管道工程的建设质量和已建山地管道的安全运行,是急需解决的重要问题。调研分析了国内山地管道在设计、施工、试压投产等阶段存在的问题,例如管道下沟和回填质量有待改进,还未广泛应用高强度水压试验技术,投产延迟管道管理维护还属空白,山区管道线路管理工作需要加强等。研究了国外山地管道的先进技术和经验做法,包括施工过程中钢管缺陷检查和返厂修复要求,高寒冻土区山地管沟分层回填要求,基于管道设计系数0.8的管道强度设计和接近管道屈服强度的压力试验技术等。最后提出了国内山地管道标准体系的制修订建议。
China pipeline industry is going through an improtant strategic period of development,with the constrction and operation of large mountainous pipeline engineering such as Lan-Cheng-Yu pipeline projects,the western pipeline,and China-Burma pipeline.It is an important issue to ensure the construction quality of the newly built mountainous pipeline projects,and to ensure the safe operation of the existing mountainous pipeline.This paper investigates and analyses the problems in the design,construction,commissioning and operation of pipelines in mountainous areas of China,which includes the quality of pipeline ditching and backfilling to be improved,and high strength hydrostatic test technology to be widely used,and the lacking of management of delay commissioning pipeline,and mountainous pipeline management to be strengthened.The advanced technology and experience of foreign mountainous pipelines are studied,such as pipe defect inspection and back-to-factory repairing during construction,and requirement of backfilling in layers for mountainous pipeline in cold frozen soil,pipeline strength design based design coefficient of 0.8,and press testing technology closed to pipeline yield strength。Finally,the suggestion for preparation and revision of china mountainous pipeline standard system is proposed。
