- 中亚地区拥有丰富的天然气和石油资源，尤其是天然气的储量在世界上占相当高的比例，且以整装气田为主，开发前景广阔。为使中亚地区整装气田地面工程规划布局更符合技术、经济、环境要求，广泛收集并归纳了中亚地区有关中国石油集团公司已建工程的经验和教训，从工程设计的角度，对该地区整装气田地面工程的建设内容和规划布局流程进行了系统性地阐述，同时结合当地法律法规、工程规范、行政制度、建设习惯，总结了该地区整装气田地面工程的规划布局思路和主要特点。其中，针对气田内部集输各站选址，强调需结合气田内部伴行路路由统筹考虑；针对天然气处理厂选址，强调多方案量化比选；针对天然气外输各站选址，强调中亚各国规范与中国规范差异较大。同时，对配套的公用工程以及各类管道、电力线、光缆、伴行道路及阀室的选址定线，也给出了具体的指导性意见和提示。通过分析研究，中亚地区整装气田地面工程规划布局只有通过对项目广泛深入地调查研究，熟悉当地标准规范，并进行技术、经济、环境的综合对比，才能以先进的技术、较少的投资来完成整装气田的规划布局，为后期工程建设打好坚实的基础。
Central Asia is rich in natural gas and oil resources,especially in reserves of natural gas,which account for a very high proportion in the world.There are mainly un-compartmentalized gas field in this area,enabling wide developing prospect.In order to make the planning an layout of the un-compartmentalized gas field ground engineering in this area more conform to the requirements of the technology,economy and environment,this paper collects and summarizes the experiences from china National Petroleum Corporation completed projects in Central Asia,and systematicllly elaborates the construction contents,planning and layout of the un-compartmentalized gas field surface engineering.In the meantime,combine with the local laws and regulations，engineering norms,administrative system and construction habits,this paper summarizes the planning and layout ideas and main features of the un-compartmentalized gas field surface engineering in this area.As for the site selections each station in internal gas gathering system,it stresses the internal combination gas field with routing on the overall consideration;as for the central processing facilities site selections, it stresses the quantitative comparsion of multiple projects;as for the natural gas export transmission site selections,it stresses the big difference of standards&specifications between Chian and countries in Central Asia.At the same time,this paper also provides specific guiding opinions towards site selection and alignment of the matching construction and utilities,as well as various types of pipelines、power lines、optical cables、access roads and valve stastions.By means of analysis and research,this paper points out that only through extensive and in-depth investigation and study,be familiar with local standards,and with a comprehensive comparsion of the technology,can the economy and environment,the planning and layout of un-compartmentalized gas field in Central Asia be completed with advanced technology and less investment,laying a solid foundation for later engineering construction.
