- 为了快速、准确地拟合出离心式压缩机变转速特性方程,以便根据管道水力工况变化情况调节压缩机转速,使压缩机在高效区运行。以国内、外常用的变转速特性方程为模型,根据压缩机实际特性数据,利用最小二乘法进行拟合,并根据拟合结果对效率方程进行改进,增加方程中转速对效率的影响。结果表明:改进后的效率方程更符合压缩机特性曲线规律;采用已有的变转速特性方程和改进后的效率方程为模型可以快速、精确地拟合出离心式压缩机特性曲线,为现场压缩机调节提供了可靠的技术依据。
If we want to adjust the copressor speed according to the change of pipeline hydraulic conditions,so that the compressor can run efficiently,we need to fit the equations of variable speed characteristic of centrifugal compressor.According to the performance data of the compressor,the variable speed characteristic equations of the compressor commonly used at home and abroad is fitted by using the least square method,and tio modify the effciency characteristic equation by adding the coefficient of rotational speed according to the fitting results.The results show that the fitting accuracy of the improved efficiency equation is better,and the characteristic curve of centrifugal compressor can be quickly and accurately fitted by using the existing variable speed characteristic equation and the improved efficiency equation,which provides reliable technical basis for the compressor speed regulation.
