- 机械复合管具备良好的抗腐蚀性能和经济性能,应用前景广阔。机械复合管现行设计规范规定其基管壁厚按照设计压力计算,不考虑耐蚀合金内衬的承压作用。为避免基管和内衬分层,机械复合管制造规范要求基管和内衬具有一定的紧密度,这将导致两种管层间产生残余接触压力。残余接触压力和内衬承压的综合影响可能导致基管承压不同于设计压力,需进一步量化上述作用压力,以评估现行计算方法的适应性。基于机械复合管紧密度要求,推算了内衬和基管的残余接触压力,分析了基管在内压下的实际受力情况,提出了另一种基管壁厚计算方法,并探讨了设计规范基管壁厚计算公式的适用性。研究表明,成管紧密度越高,则残余接触压力越大;本文提出的计算方法考虑了内衬承受内压和残余接触压力对基管壁厚计算的影响;中高压下,现行规范基管壁厚计算选取结果高于本文计算方法,说明现行规范计算结果可靠,但本文的计算结果更具经济性。本文的研究成果为集输系统用机械复合管的精细化设计提供了一定的参考与借鉴。
Mechanical Composite Pipes have good corrosion resistance and economic performance with broad application prospect.The parent pipe wall thickness of Mechanical Composite Pipe is calculated based on the design pressure,without considering the pressure-bearing effect of alloy lined composite pipe.Tightness between parent pipe and lined pipe is required to avoid stripping,which will cause some residual contact stress.Hence,the residual contact stress and lined pipe bearing pressure will change the parent pipe pressure from design pressure,which needs to be quantified to estimate the adaptability of the rule required wall thickness method.In this paper,the residual contact pressure is calculated based on the requirement of tightness,the actual force situation of parent pipe under internal pressure is analyzed,another wall calculated method is improved,and the adaptability of present rule method is discussed.The results show that,if the tightness is higher,the residual contact pressure is greater,the effect of lined pipe bearing pressure and rresidual contact pressure on wall thickness is considered in the method improved in this paper,and the calculation result from the method in present rule is higher than that of this paper's method,which proved the rule's result to be reliable.The study rsult result will provide reference for line design of mechanical composite pipe in the gathering station.
