- 为了研究前混合磨料射流的切割性能,使用“稳健设计”的方法设计切割实验,根据实验数据建立切割模型以指导工程实际。结果表明,切割深度与泵压正相关、与喷嘴横移速度负相关、存在最优靶距使切割深度最大。切割模型的计算结果跟实验数据之间的相对误差最小为1.32,最大误差为12.41,平均相对误差为4.73,模型具有较高的准确性,利用该模型对管道切割进行了预测分析,并将模型应用于储罐切割作业,提高了切割效率,对工程实际具有积极意义。
In order to study the cutting performance of the premixed abrasive jet,the cutting experiment is designed using the robust design method,and the cutting model is established according to the experimental data to guide the engineering practice.The results show that there is a positive relation between cutting depth and the pressure and negative relation between cutting depyh and standoff distance,there is optimum target distance to maximize cutting depyh.The maximum relative error between the calculation results of the cutting model and the experimental data is 12.41%,the minimum is 1.32%,the average relative error is 4.73%,indicating that the model has high accuracy.The medel is applied to predicitive analysis of pipe cutting,an dcutting operations on oil tank,which improves the cutting effciency and has certain guiding significance for practical engineering.
