- 基本负荷型制冷液化工艺中,级联式制冷工艺和混合制冷剂液化流程(MRC)应用最为广泛。最初的天然气液化方式采用级联式制冷工艺,冷却介质依次为水、丙烷、乙烯和甲烷。该工艺虽然流程复杂,但比较节能,在国内外仍有一部分制冷液化装置采用该工艺。采用HYSYS软件建立级联式制冷工艺计算模型,对该制冷工艺中相关参数进行优化,得到各关键节点及相应流程的最优值参数;并对原料气处理量,压缩机出口压力、系统功耗和各制冷剂循环量之间的关系进行了分析。为现场运行提供理论指导,并对相关液化装置的设计和运行参数优化、工况考核等提供技术支持。
In basic-load refrigeration liquefaction process,the cascade refrigeration technology and the mixed refrigeration liquefaction process(MRC) are most widely used.The original way of natural gas liquefaction is the cascade refrigeration technology with water,propane,ethylence and methane as cooling medium.Although the process is complex,it is still being used in part of refrigeration liquefaction plants at home and abroad for its energy-saving.HYSYS software is adpoted to establish a cascade refrigeration liquefaction process calculation model and optimize the related parameters and obtain the optimal value for the key nodes of the corresponding process parameters.The relationship of the amount of feed gas processing,the pressure of compressor outlet,the system power consumption and quantity of refrigeration cycle is analyzed.It provides theoretical guidance for field operation,and technical support for optimization of the liquefaction plant design and operation parameters,and the inspection of the working condition,etc.
