- 旋流分离技术是一种高效、简洁、方便的分离技术，已在石油、化工及环保工业中发挥重要作用。介绍了旋流分离器基本结构和工作原理，并以元坝气田天然气净化厂原料气预处理、胺液过滤及塔顶气液分离为例，阐述了旋流分离技术在高含硫天然气净化厂中的应用情况。结果表明，使用旋流分离技术，既减少了塔器雾沫夹带，降低了溶剂跑损，节约了运行成本，又提高了贫溶剂质量，保证了净化装置长周期稳定运行。该技术在元坝高含硫天然气净化厂成功应用的经验可为同类大型高含硫天然气净化装置上提供参考。
Hydrocyclone separation technology is an effcient,simple and convenient technology of separation and it plays an important role in the petroleum,chemical and enviromental protection industries.The basic structure and working principle of cyclone separator are introduced in this paper.The feed gas pretreatment,amine filtration and overhead gas-liquid separation of the gas purification plant in Yuanba gas field are taken as an example.The application of cyclone separation technology to high sulfur natural gas purification plant is described.The results show taht the application of hydrocyclone separation technology can rduce the tower entrainment,decrease solvent loss,save operating cost,and also improve the quality of lean solvent,and meanwhile ensure the long period stable operation of the purificantion plant.The successful application of this technology to high sulfur natural gas purification plan can provide reference for similar large scale high sulfur natural gas purification device.
