LNG trade transfer is an important link between the upstream and downstream industry chain. Firstly, the paper introduces the procedures of LNG custody transfer, and analyzes the factors affecting the smooth transfer of trade from the technical level, which mainly includes the applicability test of pre-discharge measurement equipment, sample collection process, analysis procedures and sample analysis standards, etc. In the end, combined with the common issues such as pressure control of different types of ships, dispute resolution of sampling and analysis, the paper puts forward solutions and suggestion for development based on national conditions, which can provide reference for other receiving terminals.
