API标准导流室用岩板密封性实验研究

- 目前,支撑裂缝导流能力测试都会用到API标准导流室,而API标准导流室在设计的时候没有考虑实验用岩板制作和加工的难度,导致制作的岩板与导流室的设计有出入,影响实验数据的真实性和可靠性。为深入了解岩板密封性对API标准导流室导流能力及实验数据的影响,对多种密封方法进行实验,运用DL-2000型酸蚀裂缝导流能力评价试验仪测试实验前后数据的变化。结果表明:API标准导流室岩板密封不容忽视,岩板密封方法很多,但想要达到完全密封几乎不可能;在无任何密封措施的情况下测试的导流能力偏差率接近20;推荐使用橡皮加硅橡胶进行密封,制作方便,成本低,可以反复使用,密封性能好。
At present, API standard conductivity room is usually used for proppant fracture conductivity test, while the API standard conductivity room is not designed with difficulty in production and processing of rock plates, which results in inconsistency (fracture) between rock plate and the design of conductivity room and further affect factuality and reliability of experimental data. In order to gain a better understanding for the effect of rock-plate sealing on the conductivity of the API standard conductivity room and the experimental data, a variety of sealing test methods are performed, and the DL-2000 acid-etching fracture conductivity test device is used to test the data before and after the change. The results show that API standard conductivity room rock board sealing cannot be ignored and there are simple and complex methods for rock sealing. Complete sealing is almost impossible. In the absence of any sealing measures in the case of conductivity test, deviation rate is nearly 20%. The use of rubber plus silicone rubber for sealing is recommended for easy manufacturing, lower cost, repeated use and good sealing performance.
