海底天然气管道防腐涂敷应用探讨

- 近年来,中国海洋石油天然气开发向深海海域不断扩展,管道外防腐处理已成为影响海底管道寿命及安全的重要因素。三层聚乙烯(3 LPE)防腐涂层是中国目前常用的海底管道防腐涂敷工艺,而三层聚丙烯(3 LPP)防腐涂层的应用相对较晚,但因两者理化性质不同,在不同环境下的涂层选择也不同。为避免单一防腐涂层的不足,结合3 LPE和3 LPP防腐涂层选择的主要因素以及这两种涂层在不同条件下的使用特点,在某深水天然气荔湾3-1项目天然气外输管道的防腐方案设计中,依据环境影响条件和涂层选择特点,近岸KP 0~KP 10采用3 LPP防腐涂层、KP 10~KP 261 采用3 LPE防腐涂层的联合方案,完成海底管道的防腐涂敷并成功投入使用,这种新的防腐涂层选择方法和思路为以后的海底天然气管道防腐涂敷提供了借鉴。
In recent years, China offshore oil and nature gas development extends to deep sea. The anticorrosion treatment becomes the most important factor of life and safety for pipeline. 3 LPE is the mature technology of coating in anticorrosion industry and widely used in our national project, but 3 LPP has a late study and application. Because of the different of physicochemical property between 3 LPE and 3 LPP, the selection is different in performance. In order to avoid the deficiencies of the single anticorrosion coating, in the anticorrosion design of south China sea deep water natural gas pipeline which was named LW3-1 project, the pipeline is coated with 3 LPP in 0~10 km and 3 LPE in 10~261km. The combination scheme has been successfully put into practice and proposed a new method of selecting anticorrosive coating for subsea gas pipeline in the future.
