The demand of the information construction for engineering company is decided by the enterprise strategy and business format. Planning and constructing an unified information management platform with high adaptability and business continuity is an important task for engineering company. This paper puts forward a high adaptability resources application cloud theory by analyzing the adaptability of the desktop cloud to engineering company based on the engineering company planning and construction task. Under the guidance of the theory, this paper gives a brief account about the planning and construction with a certain cloud platform. At last, the effectiveness of the cloud platform construction is summarized.
