为使原油稳定经济效益最大化,以某处理站原油全烃色谱分析实验数据及现场实际运行工况为基础,采用Aspen HYSYS软件建立计算模型,优化三种闪蒸工艺塔顶气冷却温度并对工艺进行适应性分析。结果表明:塔顶气存在最低冷却温度,使原油稳定产品收益达到最大。负压闪蒸工艺塔顶气携带C5含量多,不凝气产量高;微正压闪蒸工艺不凝气产品质量最好,轻组分含量高、重组分含量低;加热闪蒸工艺塔顶气携带重组分含量高,C2~C4的质量分数低;原油与轻烃的动态价格关系决定闪蒸工艺的选择。
Based on the experimental data of the total hydrocarbon chromatographic analysis and the actual operating conditions of the treatment station, calculation model is set up by using Aspen HYSYS software to optimize overhead gas cooling temperature of three kinds of flash process and adaptability analysis of the process is conducted as well. The results showed that the overhead gas has a minimum cooling temperature that the product stable yield will reach the maximum; noncondensable gas production of negativepressure flash process is high and the content of overhead gas carrying C5is high;noncondensable gas product ofmicro positive pressure flash process is best, the content of light component is high and low of heavier component. The content of overhead gas heavier componentofheating flash process is high and the mass fraction of C2-C4is low; the dynamic price relationship between crude oil and light hydrocarbon determines the choice of flashing process.
