为满足日常排油需要,含硫油气田场站一般选择利用重力流形式将各装置点的污油排放至地坑回收罐。当回收罐达到上限液位时,采用进入地坑手动压油操作的方式将回收罐的污油输送至下游储罐,此方式存在操作时间长、频次高、安全隐患大等问题。通过将手动压油操作改为自动压油操作,减少了人员进入地坑的频次,达到了降低人员操作风险的目的,也为今后类似项目改造提供了参考。
In order to meet daily oil discharge, the gas field stations in sulfur-containing oil and gas fields generally choose to use the gravity flow to discharge the waste oil from each device point to the pit recovery tank. When the recovery tank reaches the upper limit level, the waste oil from the recovery tank is transported to the downstream storage tank by the way of manualoil pressurization.This method has such issues as longoperation time, highfrequency, andseriouspotentialsafetyhazard. This paper mainly introduces the use of the automatic oil pressurizingoperationinstead of manual method, so as to reduce the frequency ofgettinginto the pitby staff, to reduce the risk.
