在石油开采中清防蜡工作十分重要。分析了国内外油井常用的清防蜡技术的技术特点和应用限制,对各种清防蜡技术的使用效果、应用现状和存在问题进行了对比。分析得出热氮清蜡、闭式洗井管柱清蜡和特种合金防蜡三种新型油井清防蜡技术具有环保、有效、长寿命、无腐蚀的共同特点和技术优势,是未来油井清防蜡技术的研发方向。提出开展热氮清蜡、闭式洗井管柱清蜡和特种合金防蜡技术等新型清防蜡技术的研究建议。

Paraffin removal is very important in oil production. This paper analyzes the technical characteristics and application limitations of paraffin removal methods commonly used in oil wells at home and abroad, and compares the application effect, application status and existing issues of various paraffin removal methods. The results are obtained that hot nitrogen paraffin removal, washing pipe string of non-pollution and special alloy paraffin removal have the common features and technical advantages of environmental protection, effective, long life and no corrosion, which are proposed to be carried out in the future .
