为解决FPSO单点滑环日益严重的原油泄漏问题,以渤中28-1油气田“渤海友谊号”FPSO单点滑环更换项目为例,研究了FPSO单点滑环更换安装技术。通过对泄漏滑环与新滑环在结构尺寸、操作参数等方面的对比分析研究,确定泄漏滑环与新滑环的互换性;通过对新滑环内管加长、运输框架及海上吊装方案的创新设计,成功解决了滑环更换安装无偏差连接精度要求高、运输要求高、吊装风险大等施工难题;同时通过项目应用实践,介绍了滑环更换安装的施工流程及海上吊装、拆卸、安装及调试等关键工序的施工方法。应用实践表明,FPSO单点滑环安装技术能安全、高效地实现单点滑环的海上更换安装,可供生产者或施工者借鉴。
In order to solve the leakage of swivel, the FPSO SPM swivel installation technology was studied with the example of "BohaiYouyi" FPSO SPM swivel replacement project in BZ28-1 oilfield. By analyzing and comparing the structural size and operating parameters of the two swivels, the interchangeability between the new swivel and the leakage swivel is determined and the procedure of the swivel lifting is optimized. Through the expansion of the inner pipe, innovative design of transportation frame and offshore hoisting, issues for swivel replacement and installation are successfully solved such as high precision connection, high demand for transportation, high hoisting risks and others. At the same time, the construction process of swivel installation and key processes such as hoisting, dismantling, installation and commissioning are introduced. It is indicated through application that the offshore replacement and installation of swivel can be realized with FPSO SPM swivel installation technology, which can be used for reference by manufacturer or construction company.
