合理的间抽制度是机抽井挖潜和节能的关键。为解决因液面数据不准导致间抽制度不优的问题,提出以产量最大为目标,利用实测压力数据制定油井间抽制度的方法。计算表明,该方法有助于挖掘间抽井生产潜力和提升间抽节能效果。经现场验证,效果良好。
Intermittent pumping system is the key to tapping potential and saving energy for intermittent wells. A new method of formulating intermittent pumping system by using measured pressure data has been put forward to seek maximum production. A case study shows this method is helpful to increase productivity and enlarge the effect of energy saving of pumping wells, which is proved by field test.
