- 为了防止站外埋地管道阴极保护电流非正常流失,通常在长输天然气管道沿线站场进、出站安装了绝缘接头,与干线相连的绝缘接头一旦发生泄漏,将影响干线的运行,严重时需将干线截断放空进行抢修。在绝缘接头结构和泄漏原因分析的基础上,针对不同的泄漏工况,提出了不同的在线抢修方法。对于渗漏的情况,可采用复合材料包敷的方法进行在线堵漏抢修;对于泄漏量无法实施引流的情况,通过吹扫在满足卡具安装的条件下,可采用卡具堵漏的抢修方法。通过对典型案例抢修方法的分析和验证,为天然气管道绝缘接头泄漏处置提供了理论指导和技术支持。
Insulation joints are usually installed in and out of station along natural gas pipelines in order to prevent the cathodic protection current of buried pipeline from abnormal loss. It will affect the operation of the main pipeline once the leakage of insulation joint connecting to it occurs. The main pipeline should be truncated and vented to be repaired if the leakage becomes worse. Based on the analysis of the insulation joint structure and leakage causes, different online repairing methods are proposed according to different working condition of leakage. In the case of minor leaks, the method of composite materials packaging can be adopted to repair pipeline on line. For the condition that leakage cannot be drained, fixture plugging can be used if condition is suitable for fixture installation by purging. Typical cases are analyzed and repairing method is verified for application, which will provide a theoretical guidance and technical support for leakage treatment of insulation joint along natural gas pipelines.
