- 针对某液化天然气(LNG)接收站存在的蒸发气(BOG)回收能耗高的问题,分析了LNG储罐压力与BOG压缩机控制负荷的关系。提出了对现有操作进行BOG系统运行模式的优化,降低BOG压缩机负荷和间歇启停BOG压缩机,优化操作后储罐压力保持稳定,BOG蒸发量稳定性提高,避免了BOG压缩机长期处于满负荷运行,同时降低了接收站能耗,增加了经济效益。该方法在技术上可行,经济上可靠,可为其他LNG接收站的运营提供参考。
Based on one LNG terminal boil off gas (BOG) recovery with high energy consumption, the relationship between the pressure of LNG tank and the control load of BOG compressor is analyzed. The optimization of operation mode of BOG system isproposed. After optimized operation, the tank pressure remains stable, and the stability of BOG evaporation is increased, which prevents BOG compressor from running at the fully capacity. At the same time, LNG terminal energy consumption is reduced, economic benefits is also increased. This method can provide reference for the operation of other LNG terminals.
