- 针对天然气净化工业中,硫黄回收工艺装置需设置高达90~120 m不等的钢制尾气烟囱以满足环保排放指标的要求,介绍了现阶段大型钢制尾气烟囱的特点和不足之处,通过对直立式钢制烟囱的可靠性分析,给出了其结构选型和结构设计的方法；指出直立式钢制烟囱能够满足工艺操作条件,同时兼顾经济性和安全可靠性；为类似工程的实际应用提供参考和借鉴。
In order to meet the environmental emission index of the sulfur recovery unit in nature gas purified industry with the tail gas chimney at the height of 90~120m, structure type selection and structure design of the super-height equipment are introduced through reliability analysis based on the operating factors and tail gas component. Equipment safety and construction economy shall be considered strictly to meet the process operation need. Relative reference could be applied for engineering practice.
