- 针对高沥青质深层超稠油开发中的难题,长江大学从分子设计的角度出发,结合阴离子双子表面活性剂的优异特性,合成了一种新型的含苯环、抗盐、具有高表界面活性,且与沥青质亲和力强的高沥青质深层超稠油井筒乳化降黏剂NP。以该含有苯环的双子表面活性剂为目标产物,针对我国西部G油田高沥青质深层超稠油进行了乳化降黏效果评价研究。实验结果表明:研制的NP系列表面活性剂在高矿化度地层水中仍能发挥较好的乳化降黏作用,能够满足高沥青质深层超稠油的开发要求。该研究对高沥青质深层超稠油的开发具有一定参考意义。
To solve the issue during deep heavy oil exploiting, a new Gemini surfactant is developed by Yangtze University, considering the excellent performance of anionic Gemini surfactant. The target product containing benzene ring is chosen. The emulsification and viscosity reducing test is conducted for oilfield G in western China. And the NP serial Gemini surfactants show excellent emulsifying and viscosity reducing performance in formation water with high salinity, which is suitable for deep heavy oil development with high bitumen content. This research has guiding significance for the development of heavy oil with high bitumen content.
