防腐补口作为天然气长输管道防腐的重要工序,是整条管道防腐最薄弱的环节,对保证管道防腐的完整性至关重要。“双组份无溶剂液体环氧涂料”防腐补口工艺作为近年来一种新型补口工艺,已越来越多地应用于长输管道的补口工序中。两广地区常年气温较高,气候潮湿多雨,其防腐补口过程中导致质量缺陷产生的原因存在一定的特殊性,研究液体环氧补口技术在两广地区长输管道中的质量控制具有现实意义。以中石化广西天然气管道项目为工程背景,现场检查总结发现液体环氧补口质量问题主要有:外观质量不符合要求、附着力不符合要求、厚度不足、出现漏点等。归纳分析了质量问题产生的原因,从人员、设备、材料的监控,施工工艺的监控,施工过程的监控和环境的监控四方面采取措施提高补口质量,防腐补口合格率由69 提高至96 。通过加强监控,大幅提高了防腐补口的质量。
As an important working procedure for anticorrosion of natural gas pipeline, corrosion prevention and repairing is the weakest link of the whole pipeline corrosion protection, which is very important to ensure the integrity of pipeline corrosion protection. As a new type of repairing technology in recent years, “two-component liquid solvent-free epoxy coating” anticorrosive repairing technology has been more and more applied in the repairing process of long distance gas pipeline. Because of Guangdong and Guangxi areas’ perennial high temperature, rainy and humid climate, the reasons of anticorrosive coating quality defects have some particularity,it is of great significance to study the quality control of liquid epoxy filling in pipeline. Based on Sinopec Guangxi gas pipeline project, some main quality problems of the liquid epoxy repairing are summarized by on-site inspection:appearance and adhesion which fail to meet the requirements, insufficient thickness, leakage point, etc. Through inductive analysis of the causes of quality problems, suggestions are put forward on how to improve the quality of repairing from monitoring of personnel, equipment and materials, monitoring of construction technology and process, monitoring of environment. Finally, through the implementation measures, the qualification rate is increased from 69% to 96%. By strengthening monitoring, the quality of anticorrosive patch has been greatly improved.
