- 针对东北地区某电厂SCR烟气脱硝项目,考虑严寒地区冬季低温对自动控制系统和仪表设备工作的可靠性、安全性所带来的影响,并结合严寒地区仪表设计项目中积累的经验,分析了低温环境给仪表设计带来的影响和仪表设计的重要性,阐述了该项目仪表设计过程中设备的选型、材料的选择、电缆选型及敷设时存在的问题和解决方法,以及仪表管线保温伴热方式的选择和仪表施工过程中应注意的问题。该项目的脱硝装置整体投入使用后,自控仪表系统运行安全可靠,减小了工作人员的维护工作量,保证了企业生产的连续稳定运行,提高了经济效益。
In view of the SCR flue gas denitration project in a power plant in northeast China, considering the influence of low temperature in winter on the reliability and safety of the automatic control system and instruments in cold region, and combined with the experience accumulated in the instrumentation engineering design in the severe cold region, the influence of the low temperature environment on the design and the importance of the instrumentation engineering design work are described. This paper describes the selection of instruments and materials, the problems and solutions of cable selection and laying in the process of design, the method of heat preservation and heat tracing and the problems require attention in the process of construction. After the denitration device is put into use, the automatic control system and instruments have been running safe and smooth, reducing the workload of maintenance, ensuring the continuous production and stable operation to improve the economic efficiency.
