- 不同脱硫工艺均有其适用的潜硫量范围。大规模脱硫时多采用吸收/再生型醇胺法工艺;中等规模脱硫时(硫产量200 kg/d~20 t/d)多采用液相氧化法(redox)工艺,如LoCat法、Sulferox法和蒽醌法。但对于每天硫产量仅为数千克至数百千克的小规模装置而言,上述两类工艺皆不适用,原则上宜采用固体除硫剂或液体除硫剂法脱硫;工艺过程可以是非再生型的,也可以是再生型的。20世纪90年代中期开始,为加速川渝地区(潜硫量甚低的)边远分散气井的开发利用,中国石油西南油气田公司天然气研究院设计、建设了40余套氧化铁固体除硫剂法脱硫装置;并成功研制出了高效氧化铁固体除硫剂CT 8-6。以CT 8-6为代表,扼要介绍了氧化铁固体除硫剂的技术性能及其脱硫装置的工艺流程和设计要点,并总结得出:氧化铁固体除硫剂法脱硫工艺技术成熟可靠,工艺流程简单,易于操作维护,设备投资与操作成本相对较低,适用于小规模脱硫。该研究对潜硫量较低的含硫气井的开发有一定借鉴作用。
Different desulfurization processes have their applicable scope of sulfur content.When large-scale desulfurization is being conducted, the process of absorption/regeneration alcohol-amine method is used;when medium-sized desulfurization is being performed (sulfur yield of 200 kg/d~20 t/d), the process of liquid phase oxidation (REDOX) is usually adopted, such as Lo-Cat, Sulferox and anthraquinone method.But the above two process are not applicable for small devices with daily sulfur production between a few kilograms to hundreds of kilograms.In principle, solid desulphurizing reagent or liquid sulfur removal agent should be selected and the process can be regenerated or non-regenerated.From the mid-1990, to accelerate the development and utilization of remote distributed gas wells in Sichuan and Chongqing area (very low sulfur content), the institute of natural gas technology from PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company had set up more than 40 sets of ferric oxide sulphur removal devices with solid desulphurization reagent and successfully developed highly-efficient ferric oxide solid sulphur removal agent CT8-6.Represented by CT8-6, the technical performance of ferric oxide solid sulphur removal agent and the process flow and design points of sulfur removal device have been briefly introduced.It is concluded that the sulfur removal process of ferric oxide solid sulphur removal agent is mature with simple process, easy operation and maintenance, lower equipment investment and operation cost, and is suitable for small-sized desulfurization. This paper provides reference for the development of sulfur-containing gas well with lower sulphur content.
