- 滤水管基管外缠绕筛网是维持出砂地热井发挥生产能力的常用措施,为研究筛网精度、层数、布网方式对地热井生产能力的影响,开展了筛网精度、层数、排列方式及放置顺序对生产能力影响的室内模拟实验。实验结果表明:在单层筛网时,筛网精度是影响挡砂效果的主要因素;当筛网精度一定时,层数对挡砂精度影响较大、对渗透率和含砂量影响较小;2层或3层筛网时,外层采用高精度筛网挡砂效果较好。本研究为优化地热井滤水管防砂工艺提供了依据。
The winding screen outside the base pipe of the water filter pipe is a common measure to maintain the production capacity of the sand geothermal well.To study the influence of the screen accuracy, number of layers, and cloth netting mode on the production capacity of the geothermal well, simulation test is carried out.The simulation experiment of the effect of arrangement and placement order on the production capacity shows that the screen accuracy is the main factor affecting the sand-suppression effect when the single-layer screen is used;when the screen accuracy is fixed, the number of layers corrects the sand-blocking accuracy and its impact on sand-suppression is greater,and the impact on the permeability and sand content is less;when the two or three screens are used, the outer layer with high-precision screens has better sand-resistant effect,which provides a basis for optimizing the sand control process for geothermal wells.
