针对国内外高含H2S、CO2、Cl-等恶劣腐蚀工况下压力容器的防腐要求,通过实验研究,攻克了现有金属涂层与基体结合强度低(小于80 MPa)、涂层孔隙率高(大于1 )等技术难题,开发出适用于高含盐含硫腐蚀工况下压力容器使用的新型金属涂层材料和喷涂成型工艺的专有技术,为解决高含盐含硫腐蚀工况下压力容器的防腐技术难题提供参考。
In order to meet the corrosion requirements of pressure vessels under high H2S, CO2and Cl-at home and abroad, the metal coating performance parameters are developed. A large number of experimental studies have been carried out to solve the technical issues on metal spraying such as low bonding strength (less than 80MPa) and high coating porosity (greater than 1%).The technology of the new metal coating materials and spraying molding process used in the medium and high pressure vessel is developed,which provides reference for corrosion protection of pressure vessel under high salinity and sulfur.
