巴格德雷合同区域是中国石油与土库曼斯坦合作开发的项目,项目分为A、B两个区块,其中B区气田在投产初期,气井高压力、高产量、高含CO2气体生产,给井口装置及工艺管线带来严峻的挑战。发生多井次的井口一级节流阀腐蚀失效,一、二级节流阀配对法兰、钢圈腐蚀,密封不严,二级节流阀后大小头焊缝开裂天然气泄漏事件,存在较大安全隐患。根据现场生产情况,结合实验室化验分析,对巴格德雷合同区域B区井口阀门、工艺管线腐蚀原因进行了研究分析,分析认为腐蚀主要为酸性气体CO2腐蚀,高产量、高压差形成的冲刷腐蚀以及应力腐蚀。建议下一步将井口阀门、工艺管线更换为适应生产条件的材质,并控制合理的生产压差。
Bagtyyarlyk contract area is the project jointly developed by PetroChina and Turkmenistan and is divided into Block A and B. In the early production, the high pressure, high yield of gas well and high sour gas production brings serious challenges to wellhead and process pipelines. Wellhead primary throttle valve corrosion failure, secondary throttle companion flange and steel corrosion, untight sealing, gas leakage due to reducer cracking after secondary throttle valve occurred several times with huge potential safety hazards. According to field condition and combining with laboratory analysis, analysis has been performed for the cause of corrosion to wellhead valves and process pipeline at contract of Block B. And measures have also been put forward for the production in the future.
