随着中国石油大量油气田开发建设,新型、先进的生产作业区管理模式被广泛采用,随之出现了各油气田生产作业区综合公寓建设水平、标准、视觉形象各异等问题。中国石油勘探与生产分公司提出了油气田生产作业区综合公寓标准化设计,确定了公寓标准化设计规模、功能、标准模块、建筑风格、总平面、视觉形象、建设标准、造价标准等内容,达到了“八统一”;设置了办公、住宿、餐饮、文体生活、设备用房等不同功能用房;并以此形成模块,根据人数进行组合,满足不同油气场站的生产、生活需要,贯彻了标准化、模块化的设计宗旨。经工程实践后,取得良好的社会和经济效益,为中国石油树立了良好的企业形象。

In view of the development and construction of a large number of oil and gas fields in PetroChina, the new and advanced management mode of production areas has been widely adopted, with the issues of different levels, standards and visual images of apartment complex in each oil and gasfield production area. PetroChina Exploration and Production Company has proposed standardized design for apartment complex in oil and gasfields, determined standardized design scale, functions, standard modules, architectural style, general layout, visual image, construction standards and cost standards, reaching "Eight Unification".Office, accommodation, catering, sports and life, equipment rooms and other different functional rooms have been set up.The module is formed according to the number of people, meeting the production and living needs of different oil and gas stations, and carrying out the design purpose of standardization and modularization.After practical engineering practice, good social and economic benefits have been achieved and a good corporate image has been set up for PetroChina.
