目前，模块化建设模式在国内外工程项目中的应用越来越普及,模块化装置的工厂建造是模块化建设成败的关键。对俄罗斯亚马尔LNG项目模块建造的HSE管理、质量控制和进度控制要点进行了阐述,并简要介绍了相关管理方法,对提升模块建造管理水平起到一定借鉴作用。
With more and more modular construction applied in international and domestic projects, modular fabrication becomes the key issue.Based on summary of Yamal LNG project, main points of HSE management, quality control and schedule control of modular fabrication have been presented. Some management methods in this paper give guidance to improve the module construction management.
