东方13-2气田群投产后,已建登陆管道凝析油输量增大,造成海管清管段塞量增加至原设计值的4倍,终端捕集器无法满足处理需要。基于终端工艺设施现状,结合2条登陆海管清管段塞量的变化及捕集器设计原则,研究出终端捕集器改造方案,即为乐东海管新建1台容器式捕集器,为东方海管新建1座指状捕集器,同时已建的东方与乐东指状捕集器调整为清管液临时储存设施。整套改造方案使新建捕集器容积减小三分之二,节省工程投资近2 000万元。
The pigging slug volume will increase to four times of the original design value due to oil condensate flow rate change after DF13-2 gas field is commissioned.Therefore, slug catcher can't meet to process the slug. Based on the existing process facilities, combined with the change of pigging slug volume of two onshore subsea pipelines and the design principle of slug catcher, the optimized innovation is studied.A new volume slug catcher will be built for LD pipeline, and a finger slug catcher will be built for DF pipeline.The existing DF and LD slug catcher will be changed to storage facilities for pigging slug liquid.The volume of new slug catcher will be reduced by two thirds, and the investment will save nearly twenty million for the project. The reconstruction plan will provide reference for other projects in the future.
