为了验证新建放空管网工作时的可靠性及新的放空管网是否适应原有的工艺参数。采用有限元方法,对满负荷放空工作状态进行了全面的仿真计算和分析,得到了放空管网在全厂紧急停产放空时的结构振动响应。提出了消减放空管网振动的措施,其分析和改进措施对同类高含硫天然气处理厂放空管网结构的设计和动态响应计算有一定的参考价值。
In order to verify the reliability of the new venting network and whether the new venting network is suitable for the original process unit, this paper uses finite element method to analyze the working state of venting under full load, and obtains the structure vibration response of the vent pipe network during the emergency shutdown of the whole plant. This paper puts forward some measures to reduce the vibration of the pipe network.The analysis and improvement provide certain reference for the design and dynamic response of the vent pipe network structure of similar natural gas treatment plants.
