HVAC系统是LNG处理模块中必不可少的系统之一。LNG核心工艺模块HVAC系统复杂,其线路穿越模块各个甲板层及众多房间分割区域,部分系统跨模块设计。如何合理安排施工工序,采用合理的施工工艺,保证整个系统的安装精度和最终质量,是整个HVAC系统在模块设计寿命周期内正常运转的重要保证。以某大型LNG模块化工厂项目的模块施工实例为参考,对该类模块HVAC系统的施工工艺及施工关键进行阐述,为其他类似项目的施工提供参考。
HVAC system is one of the most important systems in LNG module.And according to the complicated equipment and pipe layout of the process system, the HVAC system need to penetrate through different decks and rooms on the module.For the narrow space and complicated route, it is hard to perform the installation works for the HVAC equipment and ducts.This paper will give an installation technology summarized from a completed project, which can be referenced for the same kind of works.
