目前,长输管道运行安全已成为时事热点,在研究PAUT检测、RT检测的原理和特点基础上,依据现行标准规范对PAUT检测、RT检测的优缺点和评判原则进行了对比,通过采取实证案例研究的形式,以某长输管道项目作为研究样本,分析PAUT检测和RT检测检出缺陷对比、力学性能对比,通过对比证明了PAUT检测对于缺陷的检出能力相对较高,并在此基础上进行了双百双评验证,进一步确定了PAUT检测的有效性和准确性。最后结合当前长输管道无损检测存在的问题,对将来长输管道项目检测管理提出有针对性的改进建议和方向。
In recent years, the long-distance pipeline running safety is the focus of study.On the basis of studying the principles and characteristics of PAUT detection and RT detection, the advantages and disadvantages of PAUT detection and RT detection and the evaluation principles are compared according to the current standards and norms.By taking a case study of a long-distance pipeline project as the research sample, this paper analyses the defects-checking contrast and mechanics between PAUT and RT detection.Through comparison, it is proved that PAUT detection has relatively high detection ability for defects.On this basis, verification is carried out to confirm the validity and accuracy of PAUT detection.Finally, according to the existing problems of non-destructive testing of long-distance pipelines, suggestions are put forward to improve the inspection management of long-distance pipeline projects in the future.
