腐蚀问题是高含CO2气田开发及其天然气处理厂生产的主要风险。为有效控制或减缓腐蚀,通过吉林油田长岭气田高含CO2天然气处理厂腐蚀案例,结合CO2对金属腐蚀的成熟理论,对高含CO2气田腐蚀现象进行分析,明确了该类天然气处理厂存在以CO2腐蚀为主,同时兼有其他类型的腐蚀情况。进而分析了相关的腐蚀机理和影响因素。在此基础上,提出了针对具体腐蚀情况而采取的防止、延缓或控制措施。该研究结果对高含CO2气田天然气处理厂的防腐工作具有重要意义。
Corrosion is a key risk in the development of gas field with high CO2content and the production of gas treatment plant.In order to effectively control or mitigate corrosion, it is necessary to understand the corrosion types and related corrosion mechanism of gas field treatment plant with high CO2content.By finding out the corrosion cases of natural gas treatment plants with high CO2gas field, these corrosion phenomena are analyzed. At the same time, the mature theory of CO2corrosion of metals is used as a reference, and it is clear that there is CO2corrosion in this type of treatment plant, and there are other types of corrosionas well.It is very important to prevent, delay or control corrosion in this kind of gas field treatment plant.The result is of great significance for the corrosion prevention of gas treatment plant with high CO2.
